  • You canceled the order before it was shipped.

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued if:

  • The item is not returned in the same condition as received.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
  • If the order has already been shipped, our standard return/refund policy will apply instead.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded using your original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • bKash / Mobile Banking (Rocket, Nagad): 7-10 working days after confirming the refund request.
  • Credit/Debit Card Reversal: 7-10 working days after confirming the refund request.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: If a product is out of stock, the refund process begins within 48 hours of order cancellation. Outbound shipping fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
