Refund/Exchange:
• A refund policy will be applicable only when you made the payment but the product(s) is/are out of stock.
• In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request the fund.
• A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3 calendar days.
• In terms of a misplaced or defective product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, and intact condition (as delivered).
• If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 2-3 days via online banking/mobile banking.
• If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will provide support right away.
• If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 10 Working days.

So, once the returned item we receive, please allow us a maximum timeline of 5-10 business days for the item to be verified and processed in our Returns Department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment. This refund policy is applicable for certain products if they meet all return conditions as mentioned in the Return Policy.

Terms for Refund

  1. For the case of product running out of stock, Refund process will initiate between 48 hours after cancellation of your order for that product.
  2. Outbound shipping fees paid, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Request

Once your returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
